    I ordered two of these and received one. I saved the packing slip and broke the box down to put in recycling. I decided to call them in the next couple of days because I’m recovering from double elbow surgery. I called them and they said in order for me to prove this, I need to take a picture of the packing slip, the box, and its content. I mean I have the slip, can’t you just check to see if you sent two? Nope. I was told I could rebuild the box and put everything back in it. Take pictures and they would investigate. This stuff isn’t cheap and this was my biggest order yet. Over $200. I know I’m not a vendor but they should appreciate the little people too and this is just wrong. So shame on you Lotus. Ridiculous! And now it appears you’re sold out. I guess that’s why I didn’t get one.
