Lotus Plant Power Concentrates are best when mixed with club soda. Lemonades can be mixed with either regular water or club soda. Lotus Energy Teas are best with regular water.

There is 80 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee bean in each serving of Lotus Plant Power Concentrate. Lotus Plant Power Concentrates, Lemonades and Teas are a 1+5 mix, so it produces a 6oz serving when mixed with club soda/water.
