Zero Sugar Lotus Plant Power Concentrate is sugar-free and contains zero net carbs. While the back label states that Zero Sugar Lotus has 6 carbs, allulose is a sweetener that's not absorbed into the body as sugar*, making Zero Sugar Lotus 0-sugar, 0-net carbs, and keto-friendly!

*When calculating net carbs, allulose is subtracted from the total carbohydrates because it is not metabolized and therefore causes no increase in blood glucose and blood insulin levels (International Food Information Council.)

All Lotus Plant Power Concentrates are a 1+5 mix, meaning for every 1 oz of Lotus Plant Power, you will need 5 oz of soda water.

Delicious and low calorie!

I mix a few pumps of this with a can of flavored seltzer water for my morning caffeine drink. It’s tasty, fruity, low calorie, and it’s easy on my stomach! I also love that it always ships quick so I never run out!

By far my favorite energy product!

I’ve been using this product for many years when I would get drinks from local coffee stands. I decided a few years ago to just buy my own concentrate and make my own drinks!

I love this product! Favorite drink is a blue lotus with soda water, desert pear and guava syrup. The sugar free is more low calorie and tastes the exact same.
